Dear customers, MySecondEar has temporarily stopped shipping products to the United States. It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the temporary closure of our online store in the United States.
If you are a consumer, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions:
(1) Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, MySecondEar Audiology Group GmbH, Regensburger Straße 5, 10777 Berlin, phone: +1 (844)-509-0324, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
(2) Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You have returned the goods to us.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling by you that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Addition for contracts for deliveries of goods that take place regularly over a predefined period
Our period for the voluntary right of return or the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third person designated by you (the carrier is excluded from this) have taken or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or last goods.
Addition for contracts for digital products, which are not delivered on a physical data carrier (eg CD, DVD, USB stick, etc.)
From the day of the conclusion of the contract, the voluntary right of return of fourteen days.
Addition for goods sent in several separate parts and for contracts for deliveries in several partial services or pieces
Our period for the voluntary right of return or the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third person designated by you (the carrier is excluded from this) has or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or last item.
