Payment by credit card
The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Maestro, Mastercard and VISA.If you pay by credit card, you will be requested to provide your credit card details during the ordering process. Your data will of course be transmitted to us encrypted via the SSL procedure. Subsequently, your credit card will be charged directly and your order processed by us directly. To protect you from credit card misuse, we may additionally perform a check of your data when you place your order. In this case, you will receive a delayed order confirmation e-mail from our customer service. The further procedure will be explained to you in this e-mail.
Payment by PayPal
If you want to use this payment option, you will be redirected directly to PayPal during the checkout process. Should you already be a PayPal customer, you can easily log in via your user data and pay. The payment is particularly safe thanks to PayPal Buyer Protection, because if something should not work out, you get your money back.
If you pay with PayPal at MySecondEar, we will link your MySecondEar account with your PayPal account.
For you as a customer, it means that you will not have to sign up for PayPal again the next time you shop at MySecondEar.
This makes it possible for MySecondEar to collect the amount from your PayPal account only when the goods are actually shipped. Any refunds and additional payments can be implemented quickly and easily with your connected PayPal account.

Payment by Klarna Sofort (direct debit)
If you choose to pay by Klarna Sofort, Klarna Bank AB will perform the payment process for MySecondEar.
If you have chosen Klarna as payment for your order, then you can subsequently select the Sofort option via our provider Klarna. For this you need no account with Klarna.
Instant transfer is a direct bank transfer that works with your online banking data.
- You select your country and your bank.
- Log in with your online banking data. The data will be encrypted and transmitted to your bank.
- Some banks will send an additional confirmation PIN to your smartphone, which you must use once to confirm your transaction.
- Once the bank transfer is successful, MySecondEar will receive a confirmation and immediately trigger the order.
What can you do if no order confirmation has been received?
After an order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. An order has then been completed as soon as an order confirmation has been sent on the part of MySecondEar.
If you do not find an order confirmation in your mailbox, please also check your spam folder.
