WaxGuard filter

The filters protect the receiver membrane of Audio Service hearing aids from dust and dirt particles. Prevent repairs by replacing the WaxGuard regularly. The wax filter should be replaced approximately every 4 to 6 weeks. The mesh of the filter should always be clearly visible. Only a clear filter guarantees perfect sound transmission from your hearing system.

If your hearing aids sound quieter or duller than usual, this is an indication that you should change the filter. If the membrane of the filter is clogged, the sound can no longer be transmitted unhindered.

User instructions:

Remove the used WaxGuard by carefully pushing the free side of the rod into the filter to be replaced. Then pull it straight out. The new filter is already on the other side of the tool. Insert it where you removed the old filter. That's it!
