The Phonak Naída Paradise

Naída Paradise is a powerful BTE device from the manufacturer Phonak which provides you with a comprehensive hearing experience through improved software. Extremely convincing is the automatic adjustment of the hearing devices to your hearing environment. The hearing quality of the Naída Paradise is mainly determined by three functions:

Speech Enhancer - Through the Speech Enhancer function you’re able to hear people speaking quietly or those who are further away from you (available in the Naída Paradise 90).
Dynamic Noise Cancellation - This feature allows you to personalize your desired level of noise cancellation (available in the Naída Paradise 90).
Motion Sensor Hearing - The Naída Paradise detects whether you’re moving and automatically adjusts its listening settings to provide you with better speech understanding whilst moving (starting with Naída Paradise 50).

Features of the Phonak Naída Paradise

Bluetooth Streaming - Easily stream music, podcasts, videos or audiobooks from your smartphone, tablet or laptop on your hearing device.
Tap Control - You can answer or end phone calls or start and stop your music by simply tapping your hearing aid.
TV Streaming - Use the Phonak TV connector to stream the audio of your TV directly through your hearing aids.
Remote Fitting - Have your hearing aids adjusted remotely by our hearing care professionals - no matter where you’re at.

MyPhonak 5.0. App

In the MyPhonak 5.0. App, you can check the status and battery level of your hearing aids. In addition, the app allows you to personalize minor settings, such as adjusting the volume or selecting different programs. You can also document your opinion on the used settings in your personal hearing diary. The MyPhonak App is also the place for our hearing care professionals to contact you and remotely adjust your devices. Feel free to share your hearing diary with your hearing care professional to make your fittings even more beneficial.

Moin, I have had my hearing aids for a good 2.5 weeks now and would like to venture an evaluation today.

5 Sterne für das Phonak Naida Paradise P90. Ein super Gerät, einfach nur genial.
5 stars for the absolutely unrivaled price. For these devices I would have had to spend a good 2000 € more locally

3 Sterne für dennBestellablauf und die Lieferzeit. Warum: bei Mysecondear kann man nicht wie üblich beim örtlichen Hörakustiker Geräte testen und sich dann entscheiden. Man wird zwar gut beraten aber muss die Geräte vorweg bezahlen. Wie oft man dann vom 30 tägigen Rücktrittsrecht gebrauch machen kann weiß ich nicht, da ich wusste, was ich haben wollte. Für die Anpassung der Otoplastiken muss man in eine der 4 Niederlassungen. Das waren bei mir 160 km einfache Fahrt. Dafür habe ich jetzt Thermotec Otoplastiken, die vor Ort auch nochmals gut 300 € teurer waren.
Da ich Familie in Hamburg habe, war der Weg für mich nicht so ausschlaggebend. Was auf alle Fälle besser gehen muss ist die Lieferzeit. Ich aber über 5 Wochen gewartet.
4 Sterne für die Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit. Es kommt vor, dass man keine Antwort auf eine gesendete Mail erhält. Bei Anrufen war jedenfalls immer jemand erreichbar.
3 Sterne für den Service, soweit ich das nach so kurzer Zeit sagen kann. Hier gibt es noch Potential nach oben. Man hat mir versprochen, Ersatzschläuche nachzuliefern, darauf warte ich jetzt auch schon 2 Wochen.
5 Sterne für kompetente Mitarbeiter, meine Geräte kamen voreingestellt und es war so schon ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Die Erstanpassung in Hamburg war sehr gut, der Mitarbeiter wusste was er tat.

Was ich bei Mysecoundear auch noch gut finde ist, dass ich auf die Geräte 5 Jahre Garantie bekomme und jederzeit Onlineanpassungen durchführen lassen kann.

The best hearing aids for my needs!

I ordered a pair of Phonak Naida P UP 90 - these are simply the best hearing aids for my needs!
I do have severe hearing loss (45-55-85-103-120-120-120-105dB)
MySecondEar sent these hearing aids already fitted according to my audiogram, everything is perfect!
I can finally do phone calls, streaming from every activated device (tablet, laptop and phone), the audio is switched between these seamlessly! Wow!

From the first telephone contact to the pickup - everything great! Price definitely unbeatable. The advice very competent. My hearing aid was after the adjustment at pickup already 10 times better than at the then acoustician after x appointments on site with the trial hearing aid. Was definitely worth the trip to Hamburg !!! Absolutely recommended.
