Vom ersten telefonischen Kontakt, der Beratung und Anspassung vor Ort in Berlin, der Abrechnung mit der gesetzlichen Krankenkasse, bis zur Auslieferung der neuen ReSound ENZO Q -Hörgeräte ist alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit abgelaufen. Die Mitarbeiter am Telefon und vor Ort sind kompetent, hilfsbereit und freundlich, ich habe mich mit meinem hochgradigem Hörverlust gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Preise sind tatsächlich unschlagbar günstig. Für beide Geräte habe ich rund 1.000 EUR zugezahlt gegenüber einer Zuzahlung von 2.000 EUR bei anderen Akustikergeschäften. Ich kann MySecondEar nur empfehlen.
