The Smart Mic from Audio Service is an external Bluetooth streaming microphone that talks directly to your hearing aids.

Attend a lecture, simply place the Smart Mic on the lectern. You yourself look for a seat up to 10 meters away and listen to the lecture completely relaxed. The microphone picks up the speaker's voice and sends the signal via Bluetooth directly to your hearing aids. When you are out and about, simply ask your companion to put the microphone in their sweater or jacket. This way, you can have a perfect conversation even on the train or in the car. If you are in a hotel, just place the Smart Mic in front of the TV speaker and the limited volume setting of the TV will be of no interest to you.

The direct speech transmission to your hearing aids and the amplification stored there provide excellent speech understanding even in noisy environments. So you easily bridge the distance and turn off the noise.

Pairing the microphone with the hearing aids is child's play and can be done by yourself.

To do this, turn off both the SmartMic and your hearing aids. Then turn the hearing aids back on first. (It is best to open and close the battery compartments of the hearing aids to do this). The hearing aids are now ready for pairing.

Turn on the SmartMic while holding down the button until the power indicator turns green. This will take approximately 3 seconds. The phone status indicator will flash yellow. Now bring your hearing aids close to the SmartMic and the pairing process will begin automatically. Pairing is complete when the status indicator is solid amber.

Audio Service provides a warranty period of 12 months from the date of shipment.

Scope of the warranty

The warranty covers free rectification of defects in workmanship and materials. If rectification is not possible or if it is unreasonably delayed, a replacement delivery will be made.
No warranty claims for Audio Service products exist in the event of normal wear and tear, improper handling or care, chemical influences, moisture penetration or overuse. The warranty claim is only possible if the return delivery is in the original condition and proof of the device number.
