30 Days Trial Belonging - The MySecondear Principle. Order your new hearing aids now at risk and free of charge. We give you a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products, including hearing aids, that have been individually adapted to your hearing ability. If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods or do not meet your expectations, you will have 30 days to return them to us free of charge from receipt of the goods. We will then refund you the full purchase amount.
It is only important that the products are unused and undamaged. In the case of hearing aid accessories and batteries, for example, the sealing must not be open (in the case of hearing aids, this is done by opening the blister pack). Detailed information can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Can I already return individually adapted hearing aids?
Of course, we also take back already adapted hearing aids within the 30-day right of return.
Simply use the enclosed return note and send it back to us together with your order.
Note for hearing aids: Since most people experience having to get used to their hearing aids and it takes a while for hearing to work well with the new devices, in case of difficulties, contact our customer service first before sending the hearing aids back.
1. How do I get my money back?
For the refund, we use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction.
2. When will I get my money back?
The refund is usually made within 1-3 working days of receipt of the return. We will then inform you by e-mail that we have refunded the purchase amount.
With the payment option "Purchase on invoice" it can take up to 10 days with the refund, as we work with the financial service provider Klarna. Unfortunately, we cannot inform you about the refund because Klarna takes care of the matter for us.
1. Hearing aid accessories and batteries:
Hearing aid accessories and batteries can be returned to us within 30 days if the blisters are closed and the outer packaging is in perfect condition.
2. Hearing aids:
Defective or defective hearing aids and spectacles can be complained of within 2 years after receipt of the goods. To do this, please contact our customer service team first so that we can discuss the progress with you. It is important that you always contact MySecondEar and do not go to one of our partner acoustics alone.
As long as your order has not yet been shipped by us, you can cancel individual items or an entire order. Please contact our customer service and we will be happy to take care of your request and refund any money already paid. The refund is always on the same route as you paid.
