It is only important that the products are unused and undamaged. For hearing aid accessories and batteries, for example, the seal must not have been broken (for hearing aids, this is done by opening the blister pack). You can find detailed information about this in our terms and conditions.
Can I return hearing aids that have already been customized?
Of course, we also take back already fitted hearing aids within the 30-day return policy.
Simply use the enclosed return slip and send it back to us together with your order.
Note for hearing aids: Since experience shows that most people have to get used to their hearing aids and it takes a while for hearing to work well with the new devices, it is best to contact our customer service first if you have any difficulties before returning the hearing aids.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

Refunds are usually issued within 1-3 business days after we receive your return. We will then inform you by email that we have refunded the purchase amount.
With the payment option "purchase on account" it can take up to 10 days with the refund, because we work with the financial service provider Klarna. Unfortunately, we cannot inform you about the refund because Klarna takes care of the matter for us.

Hearing aid accessories and batteries can be returned to us within 30 days, provided the blisters are sealed and the outer packaging is in perfect condition.
2. Hearing aids:
Defective or hearing aids and glasses can be claimed within 2 years of receipt of the goods. Please contact our customer service first so that we can discuss the further procedure with you. It is important that you always contact MySecondEar and do not go to one of our partner acousticians alone.
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel individual items or an entire order. Please contact our customer service and we will gladly take care of your request and refund any money already paid. The refund will always be made in the same way as you paid.
