Allergic reactions and sensitisation of the skin may also be the cause. This is often caused by certain hair-washing agents or other artificial agents. Examples are soap or hair spray. Also increased bone formation, or chronic otitis may be responsible for the above mentioned disease. Ear inflammation can even be caused by dermatitis, hives or neurodermatitis.

The Symptoms

Typical symptoms of hearing inflammation include a strong itch, or itching. even severe ear pain that can follow. These are particularly noticeable when you are chewing or sitting in the air. The sound conduction in your ears can also be disturbed. As a result, you can only perceive the sounds in a dim tone. They are neither clear nor clear. Sometimes your hearing is also swollen by an accumulation of mucus. This type of inflammation may occur either dry with appropriate scales or in a wet form with a secretion. In very rare cases, even the surrounding bone tissue is affected.

Diagnosis of ear inflammation

First, you should have your hearing scanned and inspected. A doctor does that. Perhaps an abscess or a furrow is the reason for all this. It should be checked if pain occurs when the earlobe is withdrawn. In any case, you should consult your neck nose ear doctor. This one needs to take a closer look at the inflammation. A hearing test and a check may also help. a removal or cleaning of the hearing further.

How is ear inflammation treated?

It is important that the swelling in the hearing inflammation decreases and that an unrestricted hearing capacity can be restored. If necessary, the associated hearing loss will be reduced. The first should therefore be a cleansing of the hearing. As soon as a clear finding is obtained from the physician, creams or ointments may be used with the appropriate medicine. If there is a serious case, the administration of antibiotics is sometimes necessary. In most cases, however, the inflammation is relatively easy to control and treat.
